Walther Strong Cladtape for Batten Protection 20m

20m rolls (1mm thick). Walther Strong Cladtape is available in a 50mm wide roll that spans 20 meters.

Cladtape protects timber battens used to install weatherboard Click and Lap cladding.

When applied with Cedral Click, use Cladtape on all battens. For Cedral Lap, Hardie Plank, Cembrit Plan and other standard lapped fibre cement cladding, only apply Cladtape to battens where the boards are butt jointed.   It is also good practice to protect timber supports around doors and windows with Cladtape.

Recommended batten widths:

• 50mm x 38mm for Lap system on standard fixing
