Where do we deliver to?
At Southern Sheeting Supplies Ltd we operate our own fleet of delivery vehicles that cover most of the Southeast, Home Counties and Midlands, please see below for delivery information:
- Cedral Weatherboard Cladding – South East deliveries – Up to 5 working days
- Cedral Weatherboard Cladding – Midlands – Up to 10 working days
- Hardie Cladding – South East deliveries – Up to 10 working days
- Hardie Cladding – Midlands Up to 5 working days
- Millboard Cladding – South East deliveries – Up to 5 working days
- Millboard Cladding – Midlands – Up to 10 working days
- Ramco Building boards – South East deliveries – Up to 5 working days
- Ramco Building boards – Midlands – Up to 10 working days
UK Mainland Delivery:
We also can ship all our weatherboard cladding and building boards across the UK mainland by external haulier subject to size of the order/offload capabilities (maximum 80 boards if no mechanical offload is available). Depending on the product, delivery could take 10 working days, however please call us for delivery costs and to place your order.
Handling Deliveries:
For orders up to 100 boards we can ship with no restrictions if you have 2 people on site to handball the boards off the lorry. For orders over 100 boards, offload capability would be needed on site (either forklift or telehandler) as this is too much to be handballed off in a timely and safe manner.
Orders being placed for delivery by external haulier will need to have a delivery disclaimer (sent at time of order confirmation) signed and returned to us before delivery is booked.
Trims and Accessories:
We can deliver trims and accessories via an external next-day courier country-wide if ordered before 2pm (highlands and offshore islands may incur an additional charge), orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following working Monday. Please note that Hardie Cladding trims and accessories are currently not next-day delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t deliver weatherboard planks via courier due to their length and weight.

Southern Sheeting & Weatherboard Supplies Delivery Area:
How will my delivery be unloaded?
We do operate a crane offload vehicle but this is usually reserved for heavy loads (100+ boards). Material will be stacked on the back of a flat bed vehicle in such a way that it can be offloaded with a forklift truck or similar if there is one available on site. Most orders will require offloading by hand, for this we ask that there is at least one (ideally two) able bodied people on site on the day of the delivery to assist our driver offloading. Note that deliveries take place curb side only as our drivers work to restricted work hours and generally do not have time to wait whilst material is moved to the rear of properties.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you are welcome to collect your order from our depots, however please note that depending on the brand of cladding you are purchasing will depend on where you can collect. Please place your order online and we will contact you to let you know the earliest you can collect from our depot.

We regularly transfer stock between our East Grinstead and Midlands branches, should you require to collect from a branch that does not hold stock, call us to place your order and we will let you know when your order will be ready for collection.
All we ask is that you phone through the order prior to collecting and give us at least 2 hours to pick and pack your order which will avoid any delays for yourself on arrival. For the collection addresses please visit our contact us page.
